Required Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited nursing education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College and Association of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CARNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).

Additional Qualifications:

Demonstrates excellent organizational skills, critical thinking skills, communication skills and systems thinking skills. Minimum 5 years of experience in Continuing Care setting required. Understanding of CCHSS required. Excellent computer skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point required. Experience in Adult education. Experience with educational content development and delivery required. Valid Alberta Driver’s License necessary to complete job responsibilities.
