Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program. Active or eligible for registration and practice permit with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA). Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
Additional Required Qualifications:Must be a motivated team player. Must have 2-3 years experience as an LPN and be licensed to work in Alberta. Must be comfortable working with a diverse population and multiple physicians. Must be organized and comfortable potentially being in a charge role.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience working in a Medical Clinic is preferred. Familiarity with Connect Care is a definite advantage. Comfortable working with patient specimens and diagnostic equipment.
