Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university program. Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta.
Additional Required Qualifications:Experience within the last year providing Physical Therapy interventions to adult patients with Multiple Sclerosis in an acute or community setting. Minimum 2 years experience practicing as a registered Physical Therapist. Minimum 6 months experience (1.0 FTE) within the last 2 years working in the area of adult chronic disease management. BLS for Health Care Providers Level C CPR certification issued within the last 12 months prior to commencement of employment. Ability to physically manage repetitive lifting, and transferring of patients and equipment.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience using Connect Care, Netcare and SCM. Experience within the last year working in a tertiary or community setting. Post-secondary clinical training in the area of neurology. Experience with group facilitation.
