Active or eligible for registration with the College and Association of Respiratory Therapists of Alberta (CARTA).
Additional Required Qualifications:Active registration with the applicable College or Association. Five (5) years recent, related operating room experience. Experience in the application of adult learning principles, educational program delivery, and measurement of learning outcomes. The successful candidate should possess the following: strong collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills; strong organizational and planning skills; strong problem-solving, decision-making and leadership skills; and strong computer skills in MS Teams, SharePoint, and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:Simulation Facilitation Training. Degree or certification in Adult Education or related field. Current BCLS-HCP and ACLS registration. Certified Clinical Anesthesia Assistant (CCAA) designation. Completion of an accredited post-graduate accredited Anesthesia Assistant Program or equivalent.
