Required Qualifications:

Masters in Nursing, Health or Education related degree. Regulated Nursing Professional in Alberta. Minimum five years in nursing role in a health care organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Minimum three years’ experience as a Clinical Nurse Educator and/or Clinical Nurse Specialist. Strong analytic, organizational, and communication skills. Intermediate skills with MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel), and Sharepoint.


Additional Required Qualifications:

As required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Formal training and/or equivalent work experience in technology enabled instructional design, education program development, educator mentoring, and/or education administration. Formal training and/or equivalent work experience in group facilitation, mentoring and clinical practice support. Proficient knowledge of learning software, evaluation tools, and management systems.
